  • Forced drainage of stray currents

MEASURING AND MONITORING PARAMETERS:

The rectifier is equipped with measuring and telecommunications block (device TE-RCU/SCR) and ER probe for verification of the following parameters:

  • Value of output voltage and current from the CP rectifier station – Uout, Iout
  • Intensity of DC current across a coupon /soil surface – Idc
  • Intensity of AC current across a coupon/soil surface - Iac
  • Drainage current intensity - Ip
  • ON/OFF potential of steel structure vs the reference electrode Cu/CuSO4 - Eon, Eoff,
  • Value of the alternating voltage v.s. earth- Uac
  • Corrosion rate - Vcorr
  • Density of DC current across a coupon /soil surface - Jdc
  • Density of AC current across a coupon/soil surface - Jac
  • Power supply status
  • Door position: open/closed
  • Alarming notifications for all measuring values in case that measuring varies from the set limits
  • Alarming notifications informing about the energy supply interruption and the open door
